Now or Later to Premier in September
The world premiere of Christopher Shinn’s US election drama Now or Later runs from 9 September to 18 October 2008 at the Royal Court Jerwood Theatre Downstairs. It is directed by the artistic director Dominic Cooke. Matthew Marsh will reunite with Eddie Redmayne will star in this show. Marsh and Redmayne co-starred, along with Jonathan Pryce, in the 2004 UK premiere of Edward Albee’s controversial play involving bestiality, The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia?, at the Almeida Theatre and in the West End, for which Redmayne scooped Newcomer prizes at both the Evening Standard and Critics’ Circle Awards. It will be interesting to see how the pair performs together again. The tickets are already up for sale for this event.
