I don’t care who you are- you cannot charm your way through law school with pink stationary and lots of hairspray. The movie version of Legally Blonde, starring Reese Witherspoon, was amusing if not aggravating at best, showing ditzy teenage girls everywhere that they too could go to law school as long as they dressed cute, giggled often, and had the perfect pet accessory. Forget losing weight to deal with rejection from an ex, just apply to Harvard- that should do the trick. Forget standardized testing because once the admissions board finds out you’re motivated by love and not a goal to change the world- you’re sooooo, like, totally in. The musical version is set to end October 19, 2008 and the world will become a better place.

South Pacific
South Pacific is dubbed to be the best play on New York’s Broadway right now. The musical tells a beautiful story about love, as it was adopted from a Pulitzer Prize winning book Tales of the South Pacific. I strongly recommend seeing the production and seeing it soon! Everything about the play is amazing from the set construction to costume design, you simply be blown away with the attention that was paid to detail. And the acting is quite phenomenal!
